Shipping Policy

Shipping

Each Bear Pass Studio piece is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Because many of our designs are handmade or made in small quantities, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped, although most items ship within 5 days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

We take special care in packaging our florals, home accents, mirrors, wreaths and other designs so that they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can help.

Questions about an order? We're always happy to help. Please contact Bear Pass Studio through our Contact page.
